  • 2/3 cup of nut pulp (from previously made nut milk)
  • Juice of ½ of an organic lemon
  • 1 tbsp. of date puree
  • 1 tsp. of green curry
  • 1 tsp. of sumac
  • 1 tsp. of white miso
  • 1 tsp. of gluten free tamari sauce
  • cayenne pepper to your taste
  1. Combine all the ingredients together and let it rest so the flavours blend together.

I cooked this, and it turned out to be rather tasty. I prefer to prepare a large batch of this, put the leftovers in the freezer, and then enjoy it cold throughout the week. To make it soft once again, just reheat it briefly in the microwave in the morning.

This is something that I produced with my kid, and both of us enjoyed it very much. We are making an effort to include it into our yogurt, but so far we haven’t exactly found out how to make it work. Has anyone had any suggestions?

Since I had some pulp left over after making almond milk, I decided to try this recipe. All I can say is wow, wow, and wow again. I spread it on crackers and topped them with dried porcini mushrooms and olives, and wow, was that a fantastic combination!

During a dinner party when it was served as a dip, it was a hit with both the guests and Myself, and I want to make it again.
