Kale and strawberry salad

Since I miss summer so much, I prepared myself a fruit salad with plenty of fresh ingredients so that I can think about it a little bit. That is as straightforward as they could make it, yet I am certain that you will take pleasure in doing so. When you serve the salad, let it sit for a few minutes so that the dressing may be absorbed by the salad. This will allow you to use less dressing.

Ten minutes are allotted for preparation.

Salad dressing:

  • 2 tbsp. (30ml) of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. (15ml) of organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. (5ml) of dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. (2.5ml) of GF tamari sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. (2.5ml) of maple syrup
  • pepper

  • 3 cups (750ml) of organic baby kale
  • 1 cup (250ml) of organic sliced strawberries
  • 3 tbsp. (15ml) of organic hemp seeds
  1. In your salad bowl, whisk all the ingredients for the dressing until you get a smooth texture.
  2. Add in your kale, the strawberries and the hemp seeds. Toss it to mix it well and set aside for 5 minutes.

As I always do, I asked my readers to take part, maybe tell me what they think about my recipes and give me some tips, as well. What do they think of this one? Do they like it, did they make someone important to them happy with it? Did it help them save some time? Simply, what do our readers say about this recipe? Here it comes:

After searching for a recipe for a salad dressing that was focused on vegetables, I decided to make this using a mix of chard and spinach. From now on, I shall always prepare salads in this specific manner. Thank you!

Yesterday I cooked this dish with arugula and strawberries; it turned out to be very delectable!

This one was prepared by Claire the other day using Romaine lettuce leaves, strawberries, and pineapple, and it turned out to be rather tasty. It was helpful that she listed alternative components for anyone who may have sensitivities to certain foods. The taste of the dressing was really pleasing to us.

As my new go-to recipe for a simple salad, I’m cooking a batch of it whenever I have the chance.

I have been making an effort to increase the amount of fruit that each of my children consumes in their diet.

The salad was delicious to me. It was incredibly refreshing, but I couldn’t help but feel like it was missing something delicious. I did add one date, but in my opinion, that is not sufficient. Maybe the next time I will include two dates.

Both my husband and I thought this was delicious, and we finished every last piece of it. Nonetheless, honey was required in order to get the desired level of sweetness.

This was fantastic! And it’s so simple!

This one is fantastic, in my opinion! Excellent work, by the way:)

Yesterday, I prepared this dish, except I substituted blackberries for the strawberries and added cherries to both the blackberries and the strawberry mixture.

This is such a delicious dish! I have successfully cooked it twice. My first experience was with some very ripe strawberries that I had grown in my own yard. The second time I attempted it, I used frozen strawberries that I had purchased when they were on sale at the grocer. That is the ideal salad for the summertime! The only thing I did differently was swap out part of the hemp seeds for chia seeds as I was making the recipe.

This is one of my all-time favorite recipes, and maaaan, every single time I make it, folks are blown away by how easy it is to prepare while yet having wonderful flavor. I’ve tried it with both fresh and frozen strawberries, and both versions are as delicious. This time around, I added some fennel to the mixture. Mmmmm.

And, just a little message before I officially say my goodbyes to all of you: You are one thousand, no, one million, no, one billion, no, one billion times more great, pleasant, and fantastic than any of these recipes. Love you, love you all!
