Like I normally do, I invited my readers to participate by telling me what they thought about my recipes and offering me some advice. What are their thoughts on this one? Do they enjoy it, and did it make someone essential to them happy? Does it save them any time? Simply put, what do our readers think of this recipe? It’s finally here:

lunch. It’s like having smores in a jar! It’s a hit with my kids! It’s also convenient to pack in school lunches or to take to school. When they are left alone, they can consume it without me adding in the nuts. When I cook meals for them, I want to have everything pre-measured so that I can make one dish for numerous people. This dish also preserves well, so I often prepare it while we’re at home or when I’m not there. This is a fantastic snack.

My kids and I both like this dish! The texture is perfect, and the tastes complement each other well.

I’m hoping it tastes just like the maple-glazed almonds I used to enjoy as a youngster.

If that happens, I won’t have to feel guilty about eating anything nutritious.

This was necessary for my kid, who is on a tight diet. He devoured it and loved it!

I’m a little particular about my cuisine, but I really loved this trail mix. It was full and gratifying for me, which is saying a lot given my appetite!

Nice flavor, not very sweet from the maple syrup. Extremely good! Kids (even finicky ones) devoured it.

And one more thing before I say good-by to everyone: You’re 1000, no 1 000 000, no 1 000 000 000 times more great, pleasant, and fantastic than any of the recipes on this page. I adore you, I adore you all!
