Salad with Swiss chard

Rate this post

I just acquired some swiss chard, and what better way to utilize it than to make a lovely, fresh salad? It’s fast and simple, and the end product isn’t horrible!

Time to prepare: 10 minutes

  • 1 bunch of organic swiss chard
  • 5-6 organic sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp. (30ml) of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. (15ml) of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. of dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp. (45ml) of hemp seeds
  • Salt and pepper
  1. In a salad bowl, whisk the oil, the vinegar, the mustard, the salt and pepper to create an emulsion. That way I find it makes a nice creamy texture.
  2. Put in the swiss chard that you had previously cut in small pieces, the sliced strawberries, and the hemp seeds.
  3. Mix it well and set aside for 5 minutes before serving

Your site is fantastic, and you are a true inspiration to me. I also believe the salad with swiss chard and strawberries looks and sounds delicious, and I can’t wait to try it.

I’d been purchasing Swiss chard for a few years but had no idea what to do with it. This salad looks delicious! I like the colors as well.

My cat always eats the swiss chard I purchase at the farmers market (hes very finicky). So I made this meal for my dog, who adores swiss chard.

I usually try to incorporate swiss chard, and this is no exception. This is a fantastic salad concept, and I love how you’ve managed to make it unexpectedly sweet. The dressing is well-balanced, and the seeds provide a nice texture contrast.

This recipe is all natural and contains a lot of olive oil as well as other beneficial components like seeds (I’m hoping something like this would help me shed some weight!).

I believe this dish was straightforward, which is why it received three stars from me. It was simple and fast, but it could have tasted better.

It’s a tasty recipe. I make a salad identical to this using spinach and strawberries. The dish is simple and fast, and it offers a tasty lunch alternative.

It’s a fantastic option for lunch or a light dinner. I haven’t tried it yet, but I believe it will be beneficial.

That was quite wonderful, and I thoroughly loved it. Nonetheless, my hubby was disappointed.

And one more thing before I say good-by to everyone: You’re 1000, no 1 000 000, no 1 000 000 000 times more great, pleasant, and fantastic than any of the recipes on this page. I adore you, I adore you all!
